Quartier am Vituspark is a response to the demographic changes that are taking place in Germany. We have designed it for the modern and ever-changing requirements of couples, families and single people of all generations. Life expectancy is increasing steadily, and new living arrangements are needed: multi-generational living, assisted living, residential communities, neighbourhood models and live-work units.
Since 2010, we have been building 55 detached houses and eleven apartment buildings, all located on a green space spanning 3.6 hectares. The complex contains different types of housing. Some houses are available to the free property market, including courtyard garden houses, semi-detached houses and patio houses. We are also building campus houses: residential units that are flexibly arranged across three storeys. They can house three generations of a family or transform into a versatile live-work unit.
