The Chinese cooperation partner was looking for a competent partner in Germany to optimize the building fabric in China. In two cooperations the advantages of German thoroughness and Asian tradition were used to come to new urban planning solutions.
The aim of the project was to achieve a balance between the costs and benefits of the constructed buildings. It was also important to adapt the system to the existing environment. Also factors such as the irrigation system and the air circulation in the buildings played an important role in the planning. In addition, with the designed house types an optimal use of the existing space should be made.
