It’s almost time! Expo Real, Europe’s largest trade fair for real estate and investments, kicks off in early October in Munich! And we’re participating again!

You can find us at the joint booth of the Lower Rhine region in Hall B1, Booth 314.

Residential neighborhood Beines Areal, Mönchengladbach

Striking and innovative: the Kontorhaus is located like an entrance gate at the quarter square of the REME site. Hardterbroicher Markt, Mönchengladbach

The Hardterbroich district is getting a new centre, with 3 to 4-storey buildings adjoining a market square that will offer local amenities, daycare and social housing. This mix enhances the district and connects the existing buildings with the new market square. The buildings are designed for all generations, with a focus on barrier-free accessibility and good accessibility on foot and by bike.
