Employer of the future

The German Institute of Innovation for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) has analyzed SCHRAMMEN ARCHITEKTEN BDA in a multi-stage examination process and awarded it as an »Employer of the Future«.

We are delighted to have been assessed as particularly innovative, modern, and digitally future-oriented.

About the seal

The initiator of the award is not only the DIND but also the DUP UNTERNEHMER Magazine. The patron of the initiative is Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and publisher of DUP UNTERNEHMER

The DIND examines companies in terms of innovation, digital transformation, employee-friendliness, modern leadership, and recruiting strategies. The focus is on the theme of sustainability in all its facets: economic, ecological, social, and digital. Today, more than ever, trends such as digitization, innovation, and sustainability determine the future viability of companies.
