Competition success

We have news to share! Our team has been awarded the contract in the competition to redesign an existing building for the Essen Police Headquarters.

The building, with an area of 25,000 square meters, will undergo a comprehensive transformation: renovation, expansion, refurbishment, and modernization are all part of the plan. We are aiming for the KfW Standard 55 to achieve a complete energy overhaul, ensuring the building is future-proof.

Our challenge? Transforming the existing building to meet modern standards while also fulfilling the specific requirements of the police headquarters. We are focusing not only on efficient use of resources and energy but also on creatively integrating the new usage concept in a visually appealing manner.
