In this project, the former Otten textile factory was developed into a modern business location for innovative companies working in the manufacturing, industrial arts and service industries. Various hall sizes and offices create a sense of spaciousness with sophisticated details contributing to the pleasant atmosphere.
The architectural concept is determined by the clever decision to metaphorically draw a curtain across the existing building, which had a purely productionbased function and appearance.
This »curtain« is a glass façade, whose contoured surface conceals the old world and connects it to the aesthetic ideas of the new.
Openness and transparency are the messages of our social structures. Customer service is a priority. The modern aluminium and glass membrane »hides« the former textile factory and dresses it for the future. The past is held up to the looking glass and given a new lease of life.
