One important feature of the design is that it is based almost exclusively on single rooms. Small units are to be created, providing accommodation for seven to 13 residents. Common rooms will be available for various joint and/or independent activities, e.g. cooking, baking, reading, laundry, discussion groups. The bathrooms are not merely functional spaces, but have been designed to create an attractive and cosy atmosphere.
