Residential and Office Ensemble Beethovenstrasse

LIVING, OFFICE

While most of the 30 units in these five buildings are upscale apartments, some are used as office spaces. Though each building has its own distinctive character, together they form a cohesive ensemble. The urban planning concept aimed to both integrate the development into its surroundings and to create a transition/link between the more densely

built-up area to the west of Bettrather Straße and the more widely spaced detached houses to the north and east. The absence of aboveground parking spaces in the inner block area and the greening of the planned underground car park has increased the existing central outdoor area, thereby considerably improving the usability and quality of stay.
