The polis Convention is Germany’s leading trade fair for urban and project development.
Once a year, cities and municipalities, the statewide real estate industry, project developers, business promoters as well as investors, architects, planners, designers and many more meet here.

Sustainability and climate protection make up the residential district, which is being built on a former industrial wasteland. Single-family, semi-detached and multi-family houses with a quality of living and lots of greenery are planned.

The Hardterbroich district is getting a new center, adjacent to a market square, three- to four-storey buildings are being built, which contain local amenities, a daycare center and living space.

The plaza of the S-shaped building promotes exchange and communication. Inside, this approach continues. Flexible office space responds to the new world of work. On the ground floor are, among other things, co-working spaces.

The historic cityscape of the 50s is recorded. In accordance with the downtown location, the uses are mixed: shop, office/practice, living space. Greening ensures a pleasant microclimate.
