Opening

On August 25, 2023, the »Alte Gärtnerei« (Old Greenhouse) was ceremoniously opened on the former Hephata core site in Mönchengladbach.

In the place where the old greenhouse of the Evangelische Stiftung Hephata used to be located, two multi-family houses with a total of 50 barrier-free apartments were built.

The perfect place for people who want to live right in the city while also enjoying a green environment. The surrounding green spaces have been divided into plots where residents can create their own garden oasis. Additionally, there is a communal greenhouse that serves as a meeting point for the neighborhood, providing opportunities for communal gardening, celebrations, and mutual exchange.
