Groundbreaking Alte Gärtnerei

With the best autumn weather, there was something to celebrate at the end of October 2021:

The groundbreaking for the project “𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲 𝗚ä𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗶” that we are realizing together with the Evangelical Foundation Hephata Mönchengladbach.

The extraordinary project is not only in a special place, the former site of a facility of the Hephata, but is also characterized by an innovative design of the 50 apartments being created, as well as a green concept including its own kitchen gardens and aspects of healthy living.

Mayor Felix Heinrichs as well as Joachim Händelkes (head of the Hephata construction department) and Dr Harald Ulland (theological director of the Hephata) also recognized this in their speeches. They are also looking forward to this project with great excitement.
