This public hybrid building will merge culture and education. It will function as a city hall, a venue for events and cultural installations, and a music school. A central foyer joins the various elements under one roof. The structure of the culture park continues the existing vertical contours of the area. Together, they form a sculptural building. Its topographic lines extend into the gallery of the event hall before gently sloping back into the existing building.<\/p>\n

The glass atrium plays a central role: it opens up the gallery of the building and blends the city hall into the music school, whose lesson rooms are located inside the atrium.
