Quartier am Vituspark is a response to the demographic changes that are taking place in Germany. We have designed it for the modern and ever-changing requirements of couples, families and single people of all generations. Life expectancy is increasing steadily, and new living arrangements are needed: multi-generational living, assisted living, residential communities, neighbourhood models and live-work units.<\/p>\n

In a park-like setting, 55 single-family and eleven multi-family houses have been gradually built on a 3.6-hectare green area since 2010. The types of houses vary. There are houses available for the open housing market, such as courtyard garden houses, duplex houses, and patio houses. In addition, there are campus houses – residential units flexibly arranged over three or four storeys, which can accommodate a multi-generational household as well as the option to combine living and working flexibly.<\/p>\n
