We have planned and implemented a strong office building for a civil-engineering company in Schwalmtal. Sanders Tiefbau started out in the clay- and gravel-mining segment. Today, its services span all aspects of civil engineering and sewer reconstruction.
The new office building blends into its neighbourhood. It’s clear, straightforward layout drew inspiration from the existing functional constructions on the same plot. Accentuated frames and all-round ribbon glazing divide the façade of the building horizontally and give it a nested geometry.
