The new building created a new identity for the bank. The modernization focused on the expansion of Gladbacher Bank’s range of services and the additional creation of space for personal consultations. In addition, there is a central »point of sale«.
An urban complex demanding building composition was created. On the ground floor, 630 sqm of modern business premises have been created for customer care.
The building is characterized by an innovative façade concept, a combination of metal, glass and concrete. The filigree design gives the impression of lightness and transparency. The glass-metal facade regulates sun protection and ventilation.
