Architect (f/m/x)

Neighborhood development, new work places, land recycling, multi-generational living, sustainable building – these are some of the focal points that make up our projects at Schrammen Architekten.

For more than 30 years we have been shaping the region around the left Lower Rhine with numerous projects. The spectrum of our architectural services is broad: from residential construction to commercial buildings to a wide variety of special buildings, such as the ski hall in Neuss.

We have already won numerous competitions and awards and are therefore one of the well-known industry players in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region.

For a wide range of tasks we are looking for you – a communicative and creative architect (f/m/x), ideally with experience in project management! 

Your tasks may include:

• Participation in tenders and awards
• Independent development of execution plans and details, taking into account legal and technical specifications and regulations
• Interdisciplinary cooperation within a planning team
• Coordination with the specialist planners and all project participants
• Advising clients with foresight and a feeling for their needs
• Monitoring and control of project goals
• Creation of schedules
• Contract, cost and supplement management

Your qualification:

• You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering and ideally on top professional experience in the working field
• Assertive and precise communication combined with a safe and open behavior
• High level of responsibility for your team and your projects
• Structured, independent and quality-conscious way of working
• Very good knowledge of German or English
